Because HappyDardar is an independent third-party curator, manufacturer warranties may not apply or may be limited once the item is resold as part of a curated gift set. However, our comprehensive Arrival Guarantee ensures that your recipient receives their gift exactly as intended—flawless, authentic, and rich in value.
We endeavour to faithfully represent our products via the images and descriptions available on our website.
Nevertheless, if any of the flowers or colors illustrated in the images are not available due to seasonal fluctuations, shipping delays, or other supply constraints, we will provide substitutions with suitable floral or foliage alternatives. These substitutions may be made without prior notification or obligation to you. You can be confident that we will do our utmost to recreate the style and color shown in the image to the best of our capabilities.
In cases of significant changes that may affect the overall appearance of the original bouquet, we will contact you to discuss the intended changes.
Our delivery services are exclusively available within Singapore, and we regret to inform you that we currently do not provide international shipping options.
We offer delivery across the island, with the exception of certain restricted areas including Jurong Island, Airport Zone, Changi Airport Cargo, Sea Ports, Military bases, and Pulau Ubin.
A surcharge of $10 will be applicable for deliveries to Sentosa Island. Kindly coordinate with us directly to arrange the necessary details.
We operate 2 delivery slots per day, and these are arranged on a 4-hour block each (i.e. 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm).
For the Standard Delivery option, we regret to inform that we are unable to commit to a specific time within the 4-hour block as this is subject to our delivery partner's availability, route and delivery schedule.
If you have urgent delivery needs or require deliveries at specific times, we invite you to contact us via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We will work together to coordinate and discuss any extra fees that may be incurred.

Kindly be aware that changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
Upon reaching the specified address, should no one be present at the location to accept the delivery, we will make an effort to contact the recipient. It is necessary for the recipient to provide a signature upon receipt due to the high-value nature of the product. If the recipient cannot be reached, the product(s) will be sent back to us.
We regret to inform you that extra fees will be incurred for any further delivery attempts made at your request.
Upon submission of your order, a confirmation email containing your order details will be promptly dispatched to your email address.
