Due to the unique nature of our curated sets, combining perishable florals with investment-grade assets, our return and exchange protocols are specialized to protect both the integrity of the gift and the value of the assets.
The Asset-Class Policies
Category A: Investment Bullion & Numismatics (Perth Mint / Precious Metals)
Status: Final Sale
Due to the real-time fluctuation of precious metal markets, all sales containing Gold, Silver, or Investment Bullion are final once the order is confirmed.
- Exception: We will only accept returns in the unlikely event of a Provenance Error, such as incorrect weight or metal delivered versus ordered, or physical damage during transit.
- Market Volatility: Returns are not permitted based on change of mind or fluctuations in the spot price of gold or silver after purchase.
Category B: Forever Florals & Preserved Arrangements
Status: 7-Day Inspection Window
Our preserved botanicals are designed to last. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Perishability: While preserved flowers are long-lasting, they are organic material. We cannot accept returns for slight colour variations that naturally occur in biological products.
Category C: Branded Heritage Goods
Status: 7-Day Exchange (Sealed Only)
We accept returns or exchanges on non-perishable luxury items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Strictly Unopened: The manufacturer’s cellophane wrap, hygiene seals, and tamper-evident tags must be completely intact.
- Complete: All original certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and branded display boxes must be returned.
- Note: For hygiene reasons, unsealed skincare products or earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances.
The Resolution Process
How to Request Support
We do not ask our clients to deal with shipping. If there is an issue, we handle it.
Step 1: Immediate Notification
Please email our Concierge Team at support@imperialflorx.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Subject: Order # - Arrival Report
- Requirement: Please attach clear photos of the item as it arrived in the box.
Step 2: White-Glove Assessment
Once your request is reviewed:
- For Defects/Damage: We will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your address. You do not need to visit a post office.
- For Change of Mind: Eligible non-bullion items only. You may be responsible for a restocking fee and secure return shipping costs to cover the insurance of high-value goods.
Step 3: Refund or Replacement
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection at our secure facility.
Delivery & Address Protocols
The "Right Place, Right Time" Clause
Because our gifts often contain high-value assets, we cannot simply leave them at the door.
- Secure Handoff: Orders containing bullion or jewellery require a signature upon delivery.
- Incomplete Addresses: If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the order will be returned to our secure facility.
- Re-Delivery: A secure re-delivery fee, including insurance, will apply.
- Cancellation: If the client chooses to cancel an undeliverable order, the refund will be less the original shipping and insurance costs and a 15% restocking fee for the custom floral arrangement.
