Welcome to happydardar.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. HappyDardar is a boutique gifting service launched in Singapore in 2026 by Imperial Florx.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please refer to this page frequently, as we may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. In the event of a violation of these rules, HappyDarDar reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law.

2. Use of the Site

To ensure a secure and premium experience for everyone, your access to the site is subject to the following rules:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or visiting the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and identification. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Permitted Use: You may access the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of this site without express written permission. The use of data mining, robots, harmful code, or any extraction methods that impair the site's operation is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe a user's conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to our brand's interests.

3. Curatorial Independence & Brand Authenticity

HappyDardar operates as an independent curator of premium gift experiences. We take pride in merging bespoke floral artistry with high-end assets, but it is important to clarify our position in the market:

• No Formal Affiliation: We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Brand(s), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. We are not an authorised dealer, distributor, or partner of any of the brands.
• Authenticity Guarantee: At HappyDardar, we define value by authenticity. Every component in your gift set is sourced directly from authorised retailers or the brands themselves. We guarantee that every item included in our arrangements is 100% Authentic and comes in its original manufacturer packaging where applicable.
• Trademarks: The use of these brand names and logos is strictly for descriptive purposes to identify the specific products included in our curated sets. All brand names, marks, and emblems are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. The official websites of these brands can be found at their respective online addresses.

4. Guarantees and Warranties

• Manufacturer Warranties: Because HappyDardar is an independent third-party curator, Manufacturer warranties may not apply or may be limited once the item is resold as part of a gift set. For specific product concerns, such as bullion purity or jewellery care, please refer to the manufacturer's original documentation included in the box.
• The Arrival Guarantee: HappyDardar provides its own "Arrival Guarantee" ensuring all items arrive in perfect, pristine condition.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• Currency & Billing: You are currently shipping to Singapore, and your order will be billed in SGD $.
• Payment Methods: We accept major payment gateways, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
• Order Requirements: Due to the bespoke nature of our gifts, a Card Message Field is mandatory for gifts. Customers must also select their preferred delivery slot using our Delivery Date Picker, which blocks out specific holidays and past dates.

6. Delivery Logistics

• White-Glove Delivery: From meticulous curation to our signature white-glove delivery, our dedicated concierge team ensures your experience is flawless.
• Perishable Inventory: The success of a floral site relies on specific features that handle the complexity of perishable inventory and delivery logistics. As such, any requests for order modifications or cancellations must be made strictly in accordance with our separate Delivery & Return Policy.
• Failed Delivery: We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries or lost parcels due to inaccurate shipping information provided by you. If the initial delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, a redelivery fee of S$10 will apply. Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order to avoid additional fees and delivery delays.

Self Collection Not Available.

No delivery to freight forwarders or warehouse addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, floral arrangements, curation concepts, and website aesthetics are the intellectual property of HappyDardar and Imperial Florx. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the website without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
