Delivery Protocols

The "Right Place, Right Time" Clause

Because our gifts often contain high-value assets, we cannot simply leave them at the door.

• Secure Handoff: Orders containing bullion or jewellery require a signature upon delivery.
• Incomplete Addresses: If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the order will be returned to our secure facility.
• Re-Delivery: A secure re-delivery fee, including insurance, will apply.
• Cancellation: If the client chooses to cancel an undeliverable order, the refund will be less the original shipping and insurance costs and a 15% restocking fee for the custom floral arrangement.
